Jérôme Eltabet is a renowned French narrative editor, best known for his over twenty-year collaboration with director Coralie Fargeat. Their partnership began in television and advertising before evolving toward internationally acclaimed feature films such as Revenge and The Substance. Revenge, Coralie Fargeat’s debut feature, was selected at the Sundance Film Festival and received numerous awards. Their latest collaboration, The Substance, achieved major international recognition, winning Best Screenplay at the Cannes Film Festival and earning five Oscar nominations. Its editing was widely praised within the industry. Eltabet has also been nominated for Best Editing at the BFE Cut Above Awards and the ACE Eddie Awards, showcasing his skill and versatility in crafting impactful narratives. Jérôme’s work has garnered both critical and popular success, establishing his reputation beyond France and opening the door to an increasingly international career. Alongside his long-standing collaboration with Coralie Fargeat, he recently edited the feature film The Third Parent, directed by David Michaels and produced by Gary Michael Walters (Drive, Whiplash). He is currently working on the debut feature by Marion Le Corroller, starring Karin Viard and Mara Taquin, produced by Windy Productions and Trésor Films.
